Upper ends of an A plunger 20 and a B plunger 8 are fixed at two ends of the linkage plate respectively to be assembled integrally in parallel. Connecting portions of the plungers with cylinder bodies are both provided with sealing combination. Left and right sides of the A cylinder body and the B cylinder body are provided with feed openings 9. Bottoms of an A cylinder sleeve 19 and a B cylinder sleeve 10 are connected respectively with an A one-way valve body 16 and a B one-way valve body 14. In the B one-way valve body, a B one-way valve assembly 11 is connected with the bottom of the B cylinder sleeve. In the A one-way valve body, an A valve seat 18 is connected with the bottom of the cylinder sleeve 19, and an A valve core 17 is connected on the A valve seat.
