The invention discloses a composite mineralized ceramic material capable of producing activated hydrogen health-care water, wherein the composite mineralized ceramic material is formed by mixing a mineralized ceramic A, a mineralized ceramic B and a mineralized ceramic C, wherein the mineralized ceramic A is prepared by sintering 20-40wt% of dravite and 60-80 wt% of montmorillonite at the temperature of 500-850 DEG C, the mineralized ceramic B is prepared by sintering 40-50 wt% of Muyu-stone, 10-20 wt% of medical stone and 30-50 wt% of montmorillonite at the temperature of 500-850 DEG C, and the mineralized ceramic C is prepared from 100 wt% of metal magnesium particles by using an electrolysis method. The composite mineralized ceramic material has the advantages that the composite mineralized ceramic material is soaked in drinking water after being bagged, a variety of activated hydrogen and hydrogen gas can be released and stably dissolved into the water, a human body can be effectively cared with multi-effects, and human body related diseases can be restrained; and the activated hydrogen has especially great contribution on human health and survival.
