According to the invention, one part of a light band replaces an emergency light band used in a traditional way so that said part of the illumination band can be automatically changed into an emergency light band for emergency lighting in case of power failure. Compared with the traditional design which requires four buses, this design only needs two conductive buses to achieve power supply, and the required power supply and LED lamp beads are also cut by half, significantly reducing the production cost. In addition, the invention is provided with an LED lamp bead brightness adjusting circuit, and the illumination of the light band in emergency can be flexibly adjusted for actual demand.
