The bamboo-fiber gauze kerchief fabric is formed by interweaving of cotton fiber yarns (1) as longitude lines and bamboo fiber yarns (2) as latitude lines. A lining fabric layer that is arranged at the back of the bamboo-fiber gauze kerchief fabric in a compound mode is a lining braided fabric layer being the dual-layer fabric woven by an inner layer and an outer layer; and the inner layer is woven by polypropylene fibers having the hydrophobic property and the outer layer is woven by specially-shaped section yarns having the hydrophilic property. According to the invention, the bamboo-fiber gauze kerchief fabric having high transparency and gas permeability has the ultraviolet-ray-resistant function as well as natural health care functions of bacteria resistance and bacteriostasis, acarus killing, and deodorization. Moreover, the hand feeling experience of the fabric is good; and the siphoning effect for sweat at an inner layer is realized.
