The system comprises a gamma module; a timing module which is electrically connected with the gamma module and is used for calculating the total work time of the gamma module; and a register which is electrically connected with the gamma module and is used for registering a gamma numerical table of blue sub-pixels of the display panel, wherein the compensation design of the gamma numerical table is carried out according to the aging characteristics of a blue sub-pixel material of the display panel. The gamma module extracts the corresponding gamma value from the register according to the total work time, and calculates the drive voltage of the blue sub-pixels of the display panel according to the corresponding gamma value.
