Problems solved by technology

Due to the asymmetry of the bandwidth and delay of each network and each link in the wireless ad hoc network, the data packets cannot reach the receiving end in an orderly manner, and the data packets are out of order.
The out-of-order data packets at the receiving end will remain in the cache and cannot be delivered to the upper-layer application in time, which will increase the congestion at the receiving end, consume the buffer at the receiving end, and cause unnecessary retransmissions, which will eventually lead to a decrease in throughput and an increase in application processing time.
In the existing wireless ad-hoc network, when carrying out multi-path parallel transmission of data packets, the problem of inconsistency between the order of data packets at the receiving end and the order of data packets at the sending end due to the heterogeneity of different networks and links cannot be fully solved. It is also a difficulty in the out-of-order problem of multi-path parallel transmission of data packets in wireless ad hoc networks

Embodiment Construction

[0028] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0029] To describe the packet scheduling method in detail, some network parameters that need to be used are first defined:

[0030] FT i ——Forward transmission delay of path i; RTT i —— is the round-trip delay of path i; t 0 ——As a reference time, it generally indicates the time when the source node sends the first data packet; n——the number of multipaths that meet the conditions; V i ——Indicates the rate of sending data packets on the i-th path; L b ——Indicates the size of the data packet; Q i ——Indicates the time interval for sending data packets on the i-th path; n i,k ——Indicates the number of data packets that have been sent on the path i during the process from sending the first data packet to the k-1th data packet; T i ——Indicates the link delay in the i-th path; B i ——Indicates the available bandwidth of the i-th path; ti,k —...

Abstract

The invention relates to a multipath data packet distributing and scheduling method in a wireless Ad Hoc network, and belongs to the field of wireless Ad Hoc networks. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, a source node selects preferable multiple paths with the minimum data transmission time to simultaneously transmit data packets according to round trip time delay of each path and available bandwidth; step 2, the source node dynamically regulates data packet transmission speed of each path according to link time delay situation fed back by a destination node; and step 3, after receiving the data packets transmitted by the source node, the destination node sequentially puts the received data packets into a cache area to waiting for reading, and timely feeds back the time delay situation of each link to the source node. The invention does not utilize the traditional continuous manner, but utilizes an interlacing method to respectively transmit the data packet to the destination node along the multiple paths, so that the data packets can sequentially arrive at the destination node, and the size of the cache area and starting time delay are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of wireless ad hoc networks, and relates to a method for allocating and scheduling multipath data packets in a wireless ad hoc network. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of increasingly popular computer networks, how to obtain various information needed by individuals conveniently and quickly is even more important. In order to facilitate people to obtain information without being restricted by any time and any place, a technology that needs to be studied in the computer field - mobile communication technology has emerged as the times require. According to whether the support of infrastructure is needed, the mobile communication network is divided into two aspects, one aspect is the network that does not need the support of fixed infrastructure, and the other aspect is the network that needs the support of fixed infrastructure. [0003] Now the network that needs fixed infrastruc...
