Abstract

The invention relates to a control strategy optimization method for a primary frequency modulation standby capacity of a thermal power generating unit. The method comprises the steps that (1) the main steam pressure of the generating unit is divided into k segments, and the maximal primary frequency modulation amount of an integrated valve position of each pressure segment is confirmed; (2) a limit value, which can be used to ensure normal effect of primary frequency modulation at the DEH side, of the primary frequency modulation standby capacity is determined; (3) a correction value of the primary frequency modulation standby capacity at the CCS side is determined; and (4) a calculation method of the primary frequency modulation standby capacity of the generating unit can be determined by combining the step (2) with the step (3). The method has the substantial advantages that when the DEH of the thermal power generating unit is controlled remotely by the CCS, an opening degree instruction of the integrated valve position of the unit includes certain primary frequency modulation standby capacity no matter the generating unit runs is a manual valve control or a CCS manner, and the condition that normal effect of the primary frequency modulation is influenced due to the fact that the opening degree of the integrated valve position reaches 100% is avoided. At the same time, the economical efficiency of operation of the generating unit as well as the stability of the frequency of the power grid is improved.
