Abstract

The invention discloses a combing tool for thinning hair of fur-bearing animals. The combing tool can comprises at least a first-stage comb tooth group and a second-stage comb tooth group which extend from a cutter edge to the near end, and the cutter edge intersects with comb teeth. The first-stage comb tooth group can outwards extend by the length of one tooth tip from the cutter edge, and the length is different from the tooth tip length that the second-stage comb tooth group extends outwards. The cutter edge can be used for removing lost hair of the fur-bearing animals and also can be used for clearing matted or tangled animal hair, and power comes from resistance that the cutter edge is subjected from the matted or tangled hair when the tool passes through the animal hair. Accordingly, the lost and non-matted hair can be removed through the tool without cutting or pulling the animal hair. The invention further discloses a method for combing the fur-bearing animals with the combing tool.
