The method comprises the steps that the information of the air temperature to be regulated is obtained; a relation of the air temperature to be regulated and a temperature set threshold value is judged; and when it is judged that the information of the air quality to be regulated exceeds the temperature set threshold value range, the temperature regulation operation is performed. By the adoption of the air purification and temperature regulation method, the problem that indoor air quality regulation is independent of temperature regulation (air conditioner) is solved.
