system and technology. The circulating 
system comprises a waste 
liquid storage tank, an oil-separation 
settling tank, a hydraulic 
cyclone, a self-cleaning filter and a 
microfiltration device which are communicated sequentially; the 
microfiltration device comprises a microfiltration 
pipe filter, a microfiltration 
backwashing tank and a 
backwashing collector, and the microfiltration 
pipe filter is connected with the microfiltration 
backwashing tank and the backwashing collector respectively; and 
slurry collected by the microfiltration device, the self-cleaning filter, the hydraulic 
cyclone and the waste 
liquid storage tank is respectively connected with a 
slurry treatment device respectively through a pipeline, and liquid backwashed and collected by the microfiltration device and liquid obtained through separation of the 
slurry treatment device return to a liquid inlet of the waste 
liquid storage tank through a pipeline. According to the 
emulsion microfiltration circulating 
system and technology, the problem of purifying 
emulsion during rolling of 
steel plates can be effectively solved, the used emulsion can be continuously circulated, filtered and recycled so as to fundamentally achieve no drainage of waste emulsion, the energy-saving and emission-reduction effects can be achieved, and the emulsion microfiltration circulating system and technology are environment-friendly and efficient, and are suitable for industrial application.
