The method comprises the steps of (1), establishing a base model of a single air conditioner; (2), dividing an indoor set temperature dead zone into a plurality of continuous temperature intervals by taking the on-off state of the air conditioners into consideration, wherein the temperature difference of each temperature interval is the same, and establishing a base aggregation model of an air conditioner cluster; (3), carrying out precision analysis on the base aggregation model and finding an error source of the base aggregation model; and (4), recalculating parameters in the base aggregation model based on the error source, establishing an optimized aggregation model of the air conditioner cluster by taking the operation condition of the air conditioner cluster in a dispatching cycle into full consideration, and improving the precision of the air conditioner cluster in a plurality of dispatching time scales.
