Abstract

Disclosed is an integrated management system for connecting a micro grid to a distribution network site. The system is located at the connection point of a distribution network and a micro grid. At the physical level, the system comprises a solid-state switch, a transmission line, a transformer, and a distribution network bus, wherein the transformer is connected to the distribution network bus, and the transmission line is directly connected to a micro grid bus. In the aspect of information transmission, PCC local state measurement information, PCC logic judgment information and coordinated control information are respectively connected with a distribution network energy management system and a micro grid energy management system through optical cables. The system is divided into a physical system layer, a sensing layer, a data-information conversion layer, a communication network layer, a policy control layer, and a scheduling application layer through hierarchical design. The integrated management system for connecting a micro grid to a distribution network site of the invention is disclosed in order to solve the problem concerning power quality, synchronized cut-in, island detection and cut-in protection at a point of common coupling (PCC). Power quality information can be monitored and power quality can be adjusted in real time. Through PCC protection, it is ensured that a micro grid is in a safe and stable parallel operation mode.
