The invention discloses a method and device for redirection of a forwarding path of business flow and a business flow forwarding system. The method includes determining redirection parameters of a virtual network element through which business flow passes, wherein the virtual network element includes a plurality of physical network elements; according to a topological relation between the physical network elements in the virtual network element, establishing a redirection path used for forwarding the business flow between an inlet interface of the starting physical network element and an outlet interface of the end physical network element; generating tunnel forwarding information of the redirection path; and sending respective corresponding message labels to the physical network elements on the redirection path, so that the physical network elements on the redirection path forward a message in business flow on the redirection path in a tunnel mode. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention simplifies the redirection process of the forwarding path of the business flow.
