Abstract

The lead screw transmission device comprises a machine shell, a stepping motor, a small gear, a large gear, a gear shaft, a sliding key, a lead screw and a control box. The stepping motor is fixedly welded to the top of the machine shell. A rotating shaft of the stepping motor is engaged with the small gear. The small gear is engaged with the large gear, and the large gear is fixed to the gear shaft. The lead screw and the gear shaft are connected through the sliding key. The control box is welded to the right side of the machine shell. According to the lead screw transmission device controlled by the drive circuit, the stepping motor is adopted for replacing an asynchronous motor, and the speed of the motor is achieved in a software programming manner; when the actual flow is close to the target flow, deceleration control is adopted in the motor, the motion inertia of the system is reduced, the accurate target position is reached, and accordingly the vibration phenomenon is eliminated; a liquid flow sensor arranged in the control box is used for finishing collection of flow feedback data; and the overall structure is simple and convenient to use, high in practicability and easy to use and popularize.
