The compressible paper raincoat comprises a raincoat body produced with Tyvek which is subjected to printing and waterproof finishing, the raincoat body is provided with an outer pocket, and the outer pocket is produced by printing a reflecting pattern including glass beads and PU (polyurethane) on PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film, and combining the reflecting pattern to a base cloth layer with a presser roller, and combining the base cloth layer to the raincoat body; a slurry used in the printing is made from 40-45 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 50-54 parts of soluble starch, and 3-5 parts of a thickener.
