Abstract

The invention discloses a flat unicast routing method applicable to a campus network, which aims to solve the problems that a network layer routing method in a traditional campus network is not flexible in terminal IP address configuration, and the support mobility is bad and so on. The technical scheme is as follows: firstly, a flat unicast routing system applicable to the campus network is constructed, terminals, an ingress switch, an egress switch and intermediate switches are all equipped with corresponding flat unicast routing protocol software, a unique switch identifier is configured for each switch, a unique terminal identifier is configured for each terminal, and an LSA (Link State Advertisement) message in an IS-IS (Intermediate System-to-Intermediate System) protocol is extended; and the terminals, the ingress switch, the egress switch and the intermediate switches execute the corresponding flat unicast routing protocol in parallel to complete the forwarding of the message.
