The invention discloses an intelligent charging control method and control system of an automobile generator, aiming at enabling a generator to control intelligent charging of a storage battery. The method includes the following steps: acquiring state information of a storage battery; acquiring working condition of a vehicle; acquiring state information of an engine; acquiring state information of the generator, wherein the acquired state information of the generator includes at least regulator temperature of the generator; on the basis of the acquired state information of the storage battery, the working condition of the vehicle, the state information of the engine and the state information of the generator, calculating an object voltage regulation value of the generator which is corrected by the regulator temperature of the generator; and comparing the object voltage regulation value of the generator with the voltage of the storage battery, and if the object voltage regulation value of the generator is greater than or smaller than the voltage of the storage battery, controlling and regulating an output voltage value of the generator, such that the output voltage value of the generator approaches the object voltage regulation value.
