The tool comprises a first positioning part, a second positioning part and a connecting part, wherein the first positioning part is fixed on an existing structure of an isolation switch in a detachable manner, the second positioning part is fixed on an existing structure of an isolation connecting lever in a detachable manner, and the connecting part is connected between the first positioning part and the second positioning part in such a way that the isolation connecting lever fixed on the second positioning part is enabled to be in a closed, isolated or grounded state when the first positioning part is fixed on the isolation switch.
