Abstract

The polymerization inhibitor comprises components A, B and C, wherein the component A is an alkyl-N-heterocyclic compound containing free radicals of nitrogen and oxygen, the component B is butyl hydroxy anisol, the component C is para-tert-butylcatechol, and the mass ratio of the component A, the component B and the component C is (6-20):(1-5):(10-30). By utilizing the polymerization inhibitor provided by the invention, the polymerization of free radicals of acrylonitrile can be effectively inhibited, thereby greatly prolonging the production operation cycle of the device.
