Substances for detecting the expression quantity of miR-31-5p comprise a reagent and an instrument which are used for detecting the expression quantity of the miR-31-5p by using quantitative PCR (polymerase chain reaction) and a reagent and an instrument which are used for detecting the expression quantity of the miR-31-5p by using an RNA-Seq; and substances for detecting the expression quantity of miR-99a-5p comprise a reagent and an instrument which are used for detecting the expression quantity of the miR-99a-5p by using the quantitative PCR and a reagent and an instrument which are used for detecting the expression quantity of the miR-99a-5 by using the RNA-Seq.
