The invention discloses a heat pump air conditioning device provided with indoor dehumidification and domestic hot water. The device comprises a compressor, a four-way valve, an outdoor unit, a first water-fluorine heat exchanger, a second water-fluorine heat exchanger, an indoor refrigeration and dehumidification terminal, and an indoor heating and dehumidification regeneration terminal; a first mode is a hot water mode; a second mode is a hot water and refrigeration mode; a third mode is a refrigeration mode; a fourth mode is a heating mode; and a fifth mode is a dehumidification regeneration mode. The first water-fluorine heat exchanger is arranged at an exhaust end of the compressor in front of the four-way valve, and communicates with a domestic hot water tank and the indoor heating and dehumidification regeneration terminal through a hot water three-way valve; the second water-fluorine heat exchanger is arranged behind the four-way valve, and realizes synchronous refrigeration and heating; and through height difference design of the indoor refrigeration and dehumidification terminal and the indoor heating and dehumidification regeneration terminal, wet air is cooled and dehumidified, and then, a regeneration mode is used for dehumidification, so that the device achieves multiple purposes in one machine, is comfortable, saves the energy, and is convenient to use.
