Abstract

The invention relates to the field of dendrobium planting, and discloses a dendrobium planting method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) performing seedling exercising treatment on dendrobium seedlings of 4-6 centimeters obtained through tissue culture; (2) after the seedling exercising treatment, putting the treated dendrobium seedlings onto a wood pile culture media, and performing culture to 13-15 centimeters so as to obtain robust dendrobium seedlings; and (3) transplanting the dendrobium seedlings into a coniferous forest, and performing cage-free breeding on a certain number of Sanhuang chickens in the forest. The seedling raising method disclosed by the invention solves the problems in traditional seedling raising such as poor resistance, frequent disease and insect damage, low effective component content and the like; the air humidity environment of the wood pile culture media and the coniferous forest provides conditions of transforming the dendrobium into wild species, and can further inhibit bacterium and virus infections, thereby improving the survival rate; and the cage-free bred chickens play the roles of natural deinsectization and additional fertilizer application, thereby lowering the planting cost and realizing convenient management. The dendrobium obtained by seedling raising method disclosed by the invention is ultra high in quality; the content of a wide variety of Dendrobium officinale extracts is high; the polysaccharide content is increased by 26-32%; and the amino acid content is increased by 30-36%.
