The sterilization device comprises a hot air generation device, a vaporization device, a control device, a small vacuum pump and a hydrogen peroxide solution tank, wherein the hydrogen peroxide solution tank is connected with an input port of the small vacuum pump; the control device is in control connection with a control end of the small vacuum pump through a lead wire; the output end of the small vacuum pump is connected with the vaporization device; the output end of the vaporization device is connected with the hot air generation device; the output end of the hot air generation device is connected with an external production line. The sterilization device is capable of blowing mixed hydrogen peroxide into the production line regularly and achieving the regular sterilization effect, so that the complete aseptic condition of the production line can be ensured; and the safety of filling of beverages can be further ensured.
