The plurality of electronic tags are arranged at to-be-identified objects; and identity information of the to-be-identified objects are written into the electronic tags correspondingly. A manipulator for carrying objects, a magnetic stripe recognition sensor for track navigation, a reading-writing device for reading the identity information of the to-be-identified objects, and a controller are arranged at the van body; and the manipulator, the magnetic stripe recognition sensor and the reading-writing device are in communication connection with the controller. The remote control unit includes a server and a display screen connected to the server; and the server is in communication connection with the controller. Besides, GPS positioning units are installed at the electronic tags. The remote control unit is also provided with a GPS receiving device connected to the controller; and the GPS positioning units and the GPS receiving device are in communication connection by a GPRS network.
