The invention discloses a water heat accumulation defrosting type condensation type radiant panel heating device which comprises a heating pipeline and a wall-hung condensation type radiant panel; theheating pipeline comprises a heating dry pipe and a heat regenerative dry pipe, each of which is provided with a branching device, a temperature pressure sensor and a control regulating valve; the wall-hung condensation type radiant panel comprises a shell and a serpentine heating coil which is arranged in the shell; a space between the shell and the serpentine heating coil is a water accumulation layer; the shell is a galvanized steel sheet; the outer surface of the shell is coated with an infrared radiation coating in a brushing manner; an air interlayer is arranged between the rear surfaceof the wall-hung condensation type radiant panel and a wall body; the heating dry pipe is connected with water inlets of a plurality of heating pipes through the branching device; and the heat regenerative dry pipe is connected with water return holes of a plurality of heating pipes through the branching device. By adopting the water heat accumulation defrosting type condensation type radiant panel heating device provided by the invention, the water accumulation layer enables the whole radiant panel to be uniform in temperature, strengthens indoor convective heat transfer and can better meetthe requirement for human thermal comfort; and meanwhile, a unit is avoided from directly absorbing heat from the indoor, and the problem that a temperature in a defrosting room is reduced is eased.
