According to the method, based on multi-period measurement data, a dynamic state estimation rolling optimization model is established; the model contains measurement data of k moments of the system, after the measurement data of the current moment are uploaded, the measurement data ofthe earliest moment in the model are replaced, then a calculation weight is calculated, estimation calculation is executed to obtain an estimation result, the model is continuously updated with the update of a sampling moment, and the multi-period rolling optimization of the dynamic state estimation of the power system is achieved. According to the method, a minimum norm of a residual is used as atarget function, no system prior distribution information is needed, optimization period length k can be dynamically adjusted according to the actual needs, and the estimation result can provide a data support for the application of online and offline stable analysis of the power system.
