The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence system for distribution of a traffic light based on a dynamic traffic flow, belonging to the field of traffic light management. The system comprises an entrance vehicle statistics unit, an exit vehicle statistics unit, an optimum time distribution unit and a signal light control unit. The entrance vehicle statistics unit is configured to perform statistics of the total number of vehicles which enter a road section; the exit vehicle statistics unit is configured to calculate the number of vehicles located in a straight lane, a left turning lane and a right turning lane in the road section; and the optimum time distribution unit is configured to perform optimum distribution of the number of all the vehicles at a crossroad, the numberof vehicles which are going to out in each lane and the total time T required to complete the whole crossroad, wherein the optimum distribution is performed by employing a weighting proportion mode.The artificial intelligence system for distribution of the traffic light based on the dynamic traffic flow can perform real-time regulation of pass time of vehicles at a green light and is convenientto evacuate jamming vehicles.
