Abstract

The invention discloses application of 5-azacytidine to preparation of a fungicide for preventing and controlling plant diseases caused by plant pathogenic bacteria. An indoor toxicity test proves that the 5-azacytidine has good inhibition activity on plant pathogenic fungi. The 5-azacytidine is used as the fungicide and has the advantages of high efficiency and low toxicity and is suitable for requirements of chemical prevention and control on the plant diseases. At present, a lot of fungicides are utilized so that the drug resistance of the pathogenic bacteria is enhanced; and a traditionalfungicide has great pollution to the environment and high residues and directly threatens the food safety of human. However, the 5-azacytidine is a degradable, pollution-free and environment-friendlysmall molecule compound, and has poor drug resistance and is safe to non-target organisms and human and livestock; high quality of agricultural products, fruits and vegetables can be ensured, and sustainable development requirements can be met; the 5-azacytidine has a wide research and market application prospect.
