Embodiment 1

[0042] 1. Experimental materials

[0043] Glibenclamide was a finished product purchased from Sigma Corporation. Weigh 5 g of glibenclamide in 100 ml of dimethyl sulfoxide to prepare a 100 M mother solution, filter and sterilize and store at 4°C until use.

[0044] The phytopathogenic bacteria used in this experiment were strains stored at 4°C in the laboratory, and the medium used was potato medium (PDA for short).

[0045] PDA medium formula: potato (peeled) 200g, glucose 20g, agar 15g, tap water 1000ml, natural PH

[0046]Preparation method: wash and peel the potatoes, weigh 200g, cut into small pieces, add water and boil until rotten (boil for 20-30 minutes, it can be pierced by a glass rod), filter it into a beaker with eight layers of gauze, add 15-20g of agar, add 20g of glucose, stir evenly, fully dissolve and then cool down to make up water to 1000ml, after subpackaging, sterilize at 121°C for 20 minutes, cool down and set aside.

Abstract

The invention discloses application of glibenclamide in preparing bactericide for preventing and treating plant diseases caused by phytopathogen. An indoor toxicity test shows that glibenclamide has good inhibition activity to plant pathogenic fungi. As a bactericide, glibenclamide has the advantages of high efficiency and low toxicity, and is applicable to the requirement of chemical prevention and treatment on plant diseases. At present, as a great deal of bactericide is used, drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria is improved, and moreover as conventional bactericide is large in environment pollution and high in residue, food safety of human beings is directly threatened. Glibenclamide is a small molecule compound which can be degraded and is free of pollution and environment-friendly, is poor in drug resistance, is wide in study and market application prospect, and is safe to non-target organisms, human and livestock, so that high quality of agriculture products, fruits and vegetables can be ensured, and the requirement of sustainable development can be met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to compounds with fungicidal activity, in particular to the use of glibenclamide in the preparation of fungicides for preventing and treating plant diseases caused by plant pathogenic bacteria. Background technique [0002] In the new century, mankind is facing more challenges and crises, among which problems such as population growth, resource shortage, environmental pollution, ecological damage and frequent natural disasters are becoming more and more prominent, which seriously hinder the sustainable development of agriculture, and agricultural production is therefore burdened. Unprecedented pressure. According to the estimates of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the annual loss of grain and cotton production in the world is more than 10% due to diseases. Plant diseases can not only reduce the yield of crops, but also seriously threaten the quality and safety of agricultural products and their intern...
