According to the invention, a composite anaerobic membrane bioreactor main body is composed of a polyvinyl chloride (PCV) material shell; the center of the interior of the composite anaerobic membrane bioreactor main body is provided with immersion type plate-frame membrane assemblies and a supporting plate; polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is selected as a membrane main body part; the lower parts of the membrane assemblies are provided with an aeration device, a water inlet and a sludge storage hopper; the top part of the reactor is provided with near-infrared LED lamps with a wavelength of 850 nm; and the upper part of the reactor is provided with a water outlet and a gas outlet.
