The airing method further comprises the step of uniformly spreading therice on the sorghum mat from 9:30am every day, and the sunshade cloth is used for shielding the aired rice; and the airing method further comprises the step of turning over the aired rice once at 11am. and turning over the aired rice once at 14pm. every day.
