The specific steps comprise the following steps: obtaining high-resolution tropical cyclone path and precipitation data; converting world time information into solar tracking time information; determining a mask region with the tropical cyclone trajectory point as the center; extracting effective precipitation grids in the mask region; taking the solar tracking time information as a label to analyze the data, and obtaining the daily variation information of the tropical cyclone precipitation.
