Problems solved by technology

[0003] Most of the microorganisms used in conventional sewage biological treatment processes are not salt-tolerant, and salt-tolerant microorganisms often do not have high activity against sewage such as Bacillus subtilis. Therefore, the biological treatment of salt-rich organic industrial wastewater has always been a difficult problem. The crux of the puzzle is to find salt-tolerant strains that efficiently degrade organic matter

Abstract

The invention provides a salt-tolerant anaerobic bacterium and application thereof. The salt-tolerant anaerobic bacterium was deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on July 8, 2016, with the deposit number CGMCC NO. 5503 and the deposit name (Pectinatus brassicae) ZCTY. The salt-tolerant anaerobic bacterium, provided by the invention, is taken from salt-rich organic industrial wastewater, is obtained by separation and purification, and is identified as a new strain. According to a result of morphological identification and analysis of ribosomal RNA sequences, thesalt-tolerant anaerobic bacterium is identified as Pectinatus brassicae, and is capable of self-growing by utilizing organic matters contained in the salt-rich organic industrial wastewater under an anaerobic condition. The salt-tolerant anaerobic bacterium, provided by the invention, can use the salt-rich organic industrial wastewater as a carbon source, a nitrogen source and an energy source forself-growing under the anaerobic condition, thereby achieving the effects of cleaning wastewater and reducing environmental pollution of the salt-rich organic industrial wastewater. An environmentalprotection method using microorganisms to digest pollutants is simple, effective, economical, environmentally friendly, and low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biological environment engineering application, in particular to a salt-tolerant anaerobic bacterium and its application. Background technique [0002] In the sewage treatment process, anaerobic treatment is often used. Using the metabolic pathway of anaerobic microorganisms different from that of aerobic microorganisms, anaerobic treatment can decompose some organic matter on the one hand, and crack some refractory macromolecules on the other hand. It is a small molecule that is easy to degrade, so anaerobic treatment is often combined with aerobic treatment to achieve biological treatment of sewage. [0003] Most of the microorganisms used in conventional sewage biological treatment processes are not salt-tolerant, and salt-tolerant microorganisms often do not have high activity against sewage such as Bacillus subtilis. Therefore, the biological treatment of salt-rich organic industrial wastewater has a...
