Abstract

The multi-ferroic material has the structure of Pr2NiMnO6 / La2NiMnO6(PLNMO), and has room-temperature multi-ferroic properties; the ferroelectric ferromagnetic transition temperature is higher than room temperature; meanwhile, the multi-ferroic material has spontaneous polarization intensity; macroscopic magnetic sequence shows ferromagnetic properties. The multi-ferroic material is prepared from the raw material of a Pr2O3-La2O3-NiO-MnO2-series nitrate compound through a solid phase method, a coprecipitation method or a sol-gel method. The PLNMO single-phase multi-ferroic material provided by the invention has spontaneous polarization, realizes ferromagnetic transition at the room temperature or above, and can reach nano-scale.
