Abstract

The invention discloses a method for screening and identifying Xinjiang Dolang sheep breeding associated protein screening at different physiological periods, which belongs to the technical field of biology. The method comprises the following steps: 1) obtaining ovaries of Xinjiang Dolang sheep at the different physiological periods; 2) extracting protein; 3) performing Bradford protein quantification and standard curve drafting; 4) labeling a sample and performing equivalent mixing; 5) performing HPLC grading on a C18 chromatographic column under high PH condition; 6) performing mass spectrometry; and 7) processing data. By labeling with an iTRAQ agent, a labeled peptide segment is subjected to high performance liquid chromatography HPLC separation and mass spectrum detection MS, and 4847proteins can be identified, wherein 470 proteins are capable of expressing obvious difference.
