The popup component is made of a completely-transparent material or a material with the preset transparence and is constructed to be capable of deforming during collision so as to absorb the impact energy during collision. The layer of popup component is additionally arranged on the front portion of a front air window and can at least cover the front air window glass of the vehicle and the rear edge of the engine cover simultaneously when triggered, thus when the vehicle and the pedestrians are in collision, the situation that the heads of the pedestrians impact the hard areas such as the lower middle portion of the front air window glass and the rear edge of the engine cover can be avoided, and thus the harm tothe heads of the pedestrians is relieved.
