Problems solved by technology

However, some problems that are prone to occur during the small test include: the laboratory conditions are very different from the on-site environmental conditions (temperature difference between morning and evening, humidity); the laboratory flower pot experiment and the on-site restoration operation effect are quite different; there are many microbial restoration bacteria on the market. Agents and stimulants (soil conditioners), but due to the lack of standardized experimental instruments and evaluation methods, they cannot be evaluated and compared with the same standard

Abstract

The invention provides an experimental device and method for restoring polluted soil through microorganisms. The experimental device comprises a bactericide adding groove, a soil shearing groove, heating belts, stirring equipment and water adding equipment. The soil shearing groove is formed in the upper portion of the bactericide stimulant adding groove. The outer surface of the soil shearing groove is wrapped with one heating belt. The outer surface of the bactericide stimulant adding groove is wrapped with the other heating belt. The water adding equipment is used for beating liquid in thebottom bactericide stimulant adding groove into the soil shearing device from bottom to top. The stirring equipment is used for increasing the porosity of soil in a soil shearing groove. A silk screenfiltering disc is arranged on the bottom of the soil shearing groove. The invention further provides a method for utilizing the device to complete restoring of the polluted soil through the microorganisms. The experimental device and method for restoring the polluted soil through the microorganisms can provide appropriate bacteria temperature and soil environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an experimental device, in particular to an experimental device for microbial remediation of polluted soil, and belongs to the technical field of soil remediation. Background technique [0002] Nowadays, soil pollution has become a worldwide problem. Soil pollutants can be roughly divided into two categories: inorganic pollutants and organic pollutants. Inorganic pollutants mainly include acids, alkalis, heavy metals, salts, compounds of radioactive elements cesium and strontium, compounds containing arsenic, selenium, fluorine, etc.; organic pollutants mainly include organic pesticides, phenols, cyanides, petroleum, synthetic detergents, etc. chemicals, 3,4-benzopyrene, and harmful microorganisms brought by urban sewage, sludge, and manure. When there are too many harmful substances in the soil, which exceeds the self-purification capacity of the soil, the composition, structure and function of the soil will change, the micro...
