Embodiment 1

[0030] like figure 1 , shown in 2, a porcelain restoration technique, comprising the following steps:

[0031] (1) Clean the porcelain wound with clean water, and then dry it to avoid the impact of magazines on the connection between the tissue material and the mother embryo;

[0032] (2) Make a groove at the mother embryo of the porcelain wound. The groove is preferably a linear groove 2. The depth of the linear groove 2 is 1mm, whichever can fix the barbed wire 3, and drill a hole at a position as far away as possible and opposite to the groove. The fixing rod 1 is conducive to placing the barbed wire mesh 3 in a larger area in the wound. The fixing rod 1 does not exceed the edge of the porcelain wound, and there can be one or more rods, which can be horizontal or vertical, depending on the shape of the wound;

[0033] (3) Use scissors to cut out the barbed wire 3 in the shape of a porcelain wound. The hole diameter of the barbed wire 3 is 2mm. The size of the barbed wire 3...

Embodiment 2

[0038] (1) Clean the porcelain wound with clean water, and then dry it to avoid the impact of magazines on the connection between the tissue material and the mother embryo;

[0039] (2) Make a groove at the mother embryo of the porcelain wound. The groove is preferably a linear groove 2. The depth of the linear groove 2 is 0.8mm, whichever can fix the barbed wire 3, and drill holes at a position as far away as possible and opposite to the groove The fixing rod 1 is installed, which is beneficial to place the barbed wire mesh 3 in a larger area in the wound. The fixing rod 1 does not exceed the edge of the porcelain wound, and there can be one or more rods, which can be horizontal or vertical, depending on the shape of the wound;

[0040] (3) Use scissors to cut out the barbed wire 3 in the shape of a porcelain wound. The hole diameter of the barbed wire 3 is 5 mm. The size of the barbed wire 3 is basically such that it can cover most of the wound. The fixed rod 1 is wrapped ar...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of porcelain repair, and particularly relates to a porcelain repair technology. The porcelain repair technology comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning a porcelain wound; (2) grooving the green body of the porcelain wound, and drilling and installing a fixed rod; (3) scissoring a metal mesh sheet with the shape of the porcelain wound, and inserting one end ofthe metal mesh sheet into the groove and winding the fixed rod with the other end of the metal mesh sheet to form a fixed support; (4) carrying out die taking at one side of the surface of porcelainby virtue of a shaping material to form a shaping die as a liner; (5) wrapping the fixed support by virtue of a structure material, and then scraping to repair the porcelain wound; and (6) after the scraping is finished, taking down the shaping die, and grinding the repair part smooth after the structure material is completely hardened. According to the porcelain repair technology, the combinationof the fixed support and the structure material is similar to the structure of reinforced concrete, so that the repair strength is greatly increased; and meanwhile, the used structure material formsa structure similar to a male tenon and a female tenon while entering the groove, so that the connection strength of the repair part and the green body is ensured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of porcelain restoration, in particular to a porcelain restoration technology. Background technique [0002] In people's daily life and work process, ceramic utensils are often used, but because ceramic materials are brittle materials, they cannot withstand bumps and falls. There are usually several types of wounds on ceramic utensils after being knocked and dropped. 1. Small wounds, such as a broken edge of a vessel, usually only need to be repaired; 2. Gaps, such as a thumb-sized hole missing after the vessel collided with a hard object; Two halves; 4, compound wound, multiple of the above situations appear in the same vessel. [0003] However, many ceramics have huge economic value and cultural value, so restoration is an inevitable requirement in this field. Many porcelain repair techniques use gypsum to repair porcelain wounds. If necessary, appropriate amount of water-soluble white latex will be added to comp...
