Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preventing electrostatic induction of glass fiber reinforced plastic products which mainly solves the problem that conventional glass fiber reinforced plastic products are easy to cause electrification of the electrostatic induction. The invention adopts the method for preventing the electrostatic induction of the glass fiber reinforced plastic products; the method involves an inner lining layer 1, an antistatic strength layer 2, an exterior layer 3, and grounding terminals 4. The antistatic strength layer 2 is formed by mixing metal wires or carbon fibersinto glass fibers, and is provided with the dedicated ground terminals 4. Since the metal wires or the carbon fibers can act as an electrostatic shield, the electrostatic induction, caused by staticelectricity generated during an operation process of the glass fiber reinforced plastic products, can be shielded. The method is simple and practical in design; accumulation of the static electricityin the glass fiber reinforced plastic products can be avoided; and occurrence of electrostatic explosion accidents during the operation process of glass fiber reinforced plastic facilities can be reduced.
