Abstract

A solidified sludge percolate collection and testing device is provided. The device includes a percolating system containing a test piece, a monitoring system connected to the percolating system through a liquid discharging pipeline and used for monitoring percolation of the test piece, and a pressure system connected to the percolating system and used for allowing the percolate to percolate through the test piece. The pressure system includes a nitrogen cylinder and a water tank containing deionized water. The nitrogen cylinder is connected to the upper end of the water tank through a gas feeding pipeline to allow nitrogen to be fed into the water tank from the upper end of the water tank. The lower end of the water tank is connected to the percolating system through a water feeding pipeline so that the deionized water from the lower end of the water tank enters the percolating system through the water feeding pipeline. A beneficial effect is that the device can simulate heavy metal releasing, migration and transformation processes in solidified sludge under long-term seepage effects.
