Abstract

An embodiment of that present application provide a method and an associated apparatus for enhance protection specifications of a flow cleaning apparatus, wherein the method includes detecting whetherthe total number of protective objects that have been distributed to the flow cleaning apparatus is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value. If it is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value, the protective object on the flow cleaning device is deleted until the total number of protective objects retained on the flow cleaning device after the protective object isdeleted is less than a predetermined threshold value. As far as possible, accord to an embodiment of that present application, the problem in the prior art that the management server is unable to start the traffic clean function in time for any configured detection object due to the limitation of the protection specification of the traffic cleaning device is solved.
