Abstract

The invention relates to the field of medical technology, and specifically discloses a marker for predicting an insulin resistance level of a pregnant woman with gestational diabetes mellitus by usinga B lymphocyte ratio, and an application thereof. Research result shows that the B lymphocyte ratio in the peripheral blood of the pregnant woman with the gestational diabetes mellitus has statistical difference with the B lymphocyte ratio in the peripheral blood of the pregnant woman without the gestational diabetes mellitus. Analysis result show that the B lymphocyte ratio is in positive correlation with the insulin resistance level. ROC curve analysis shows that the B lymphocyte ratio14.05% is an accurate and ideal cut-off value, and the biochemical indicators of the pregnant woman with the gestational diabetes mellitus can be well distinguished from the biochemical indicators of the pregnant woman without the gestational diabetes mellitus. The invention firstly proposes to use the B lymphocyte ratio as a predictive index of the insulin resistance level of the pregnant woman with the gestational diabetes mellitus, a new method for effectively predicting the insulin resistance levelof the pregnant woman with the gestational diabetes mellitus is provided by the disclosure of the new marker of the B lymphocyte ratio, in order to better guide the treatment of the insulin resistance of the pregnant woman with the gestational diabetes mellitus.
