Embodiment

[0034] 1. Materials and methods

[0035] 1. Research object

[0036] A total of 124 pregnant women with gestational diabetes and 168 pregnant women without gestational diabetes who were hospitalized in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shanghai First People's Hospital from January to March 2016 were randomly selected. This experiment was approved by the Ethics Committee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.

[0037] 2. Blood test indicators

[0038] All blood tests were completed at the Laboratory Department of Shanghai First People's Hospital. After the patient fasted for 8 hours, peripheral blood samples were taken, and biochemical indicators including red blood cells, platelets, white blood cells, triglycerides, cholesterol, glycosylated hemoglobin, glycosylated serum protein, and lactate dehydrogenase were detected.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of medical technology, and specifically discloses the proportion of B lymphocytes as a marker for predicting the insulin resistance level of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and its application. The results of the study showed that the percentage of B lymphocytes in peripheral blood of pregnant women with gestational diabetes was statistically different from that of pregnant women without gestational diabetes. The results of the analysis showed that the proportion of B lymphocytes was positively correlated with the level of insulin resistance. ROC curve analysis showed that the proportion of B lymphocytes was 14.05%, which was an accurate and ideal cut-off value, which could well distinguish the biochemical indicators of pregnant women with gestational diabetes and pregnant women without gestational diabetes. The present invention proposes for the first time the proportion of B lymphocytes as a predictive indicator for predicting the level of insulin resistance in gestational diabetes mellitus. The disclosure of the new marker of the proportion of B lymphocytes will provide a new method for effectively predicting the level of insulin resistance in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus, and better To guide the treatment of insulin resistance in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, specifically, the B lymphocyte ratio as a marker for predicting the insulin resistance level of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and its application. Background technique [0002] Gestational diabetes is a pregnancy complication characterized by hyperglycemia. Although the etiology is unknown, current studies suggest that the occurrence of GDM is related to insulin resistance and functional damage of islet β cells. The incidence of GDM ranges from 0.6% to 15% due to differences in regions, races and diagnostic criteria. Risk factors for its onset include high pre-pregnancy body mass index, sedentary lifestyle, older age at conception, or genetics. GDM seriously threatens the health of mother and child. Pregnant women with GDM have a significantly higher risk of postpartum type 2 diabetes. Moreover, the risk of cardiovascular disease in pregnant women with GDM is much higher ...
