The expanded graphite is taken as the raw material in the invention, so that an expanded graphite sheet provided with an expanded graphite layer is beneficial to infiltration of an acid solution and the subsequent oxidation reaction. The synthesis process uses strong acid and performs a redox reaction at low temperature, and an ultrasonic stripping process is eliminated, so that the prepared graphene oxide has a large size, and the production of conductive graphene is facilitated.
