Embodiment Construction

[0041] Embodiments are described below with reference to the drawings.

[0042] In the embodiments, descriptions of configurations or elements other than the main part of the present invention are simplified or omitted for easy understanding of the descriptions. In addition, in the drawings, the size, shape, number, etc. of each element are just examples, and are not intended to be limited thereto.

[0043] In addition, in the following description, an axial direction is defined as the direction in which the rotor (axis) of the motor extends, that is, the direction in which the central axis of the rotor extends. In addition, the radial direction is defined as a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the rotor, and the circumferential direction is defined as a direction surrounding the central axis of the rotor. The circumferential direction is centered on the rotor, and one revolution is 360°.

[0044] In addition, the axial front side is defined as the side where th...

Abstract

The invention provides a motor and a stator. The motor of the present invention comprises: a rotor rotatable about a central axis; an annular iron core disposed along a circumferential direction surrounding the central axis and having an electromagnetic steel sheet; a wire wound on the annular iron core; an insulator which insulates the annular iron core from the insulator; and a shell body surrounding the rotor, the annular iron core and the wire. At least one end of the rotor protrudes from the shell in an axial direction. The annular iron core includes a plurality of core segments, a plurality of connecting portions that connect the plurality of core segments in the circumferential direction, a painted surface formed by insulating coating, and an exposed surface portion on which the electromagnetic steel sheets are exposed. Each of the plurality of core segments is provided with: a core back; and a tooth portion projecting from the back of the core in a radial direction perpendicular to the central axis, wherein the wire winds the tooth portion. The painted surface portion is provided on the first tooth surface portion and the second tooth surface portion in the tooth portion. The iron core back has a first connecting portion that is recessed inward in the radial direction. The insulating member includes a second connecting portion that is fitted to the first connecting portion. The insulating member holds the back of the core in the radial direction.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to motors and stators. Background technique [0002] Motors such as a brushless DC (BLDC) motor can be reduced in size and cost by, for example, narrowing the spaces between the plurality of slots, that is, the slots. Here, the tooth space refers to the space between the two tooth portions around which the lead wire is wound. [0003] However, when the slots become narrower, it becomes a problem to increase the speed and improve the quality of the winding process of winding the lead wire around the teeth. This is because, in such a case, as the speed of the operation of the winding nozzle of the winding machine is increased, the vibration of the operation of the winding nozzle increases, and the winding nozzle may come into contact with the stator core. [0004] A straight iron core is effective for solving this problem. The straight core has a core back and a tooth portion extending in a vertical direction relative to the line...
