Abstract

The system for carrying out the comprehensive monitoring on the sewage discharge provided by the invention comprises a supervision center set in a supervision mechanism, a monitoring terminal set in each sewage discharge enterprise, and asewage discharge monitoring point set at each sewage discharge port of each sewage discharge enterprise. Each sewage discharge monitoring point comprises a diagnosis controller, a water quality detector, a sewage discharge pipe and electromagnetic valves. The diagnosis controllers compute current sewage discharge indexes according to sewage discharge parameters of the water quality detectors, compare the current sewage discharge indexes with preset standard sewage discharge indexes and send sewage discharge instructions to sewage discharge pipe electromagnetic valves. The monitoring terminalssend data to the supervision center periodically in a form of logs. The supervision center comprises a monitoring video check module, a three-dimensional visual module, a plotting module, a sewage discharge data detection module and an alarm module.
