All characters are arranged according to the characteristic correlation of the characters by adopting a tree-shaped topological structure; the feature related information among the characters is reflected in the identifier; characteristic information of characters is utilized more reasonably and fully, and when the coded characters serve as standards (Ground Truth) of neural network output, identifiers in the coding table can reflect characteristic correlation among the characters, and reusability and coherence of characteristic correlation information among the characters are improved.
