Problems solved by technology

However, in practical applications, for a network containing a large number of nodes such as a literature network, it takes a lot of time to calculate the simple pairwise matching one by one, and it is difficult to measure the rationality of the threshold selection.

Embodiment Construction

[0076] The technical solution of the present invention will be specifically described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0077] The present invention provides a method for predicting the anchor link relationship between DBLP and arXiv literature network, such as figure 1 shown, including the following steps:

[0078] Step S1. Obtain the arXiv preprint network and the DBLP literature network, respectively denoted as G 1 , G 2 , and their corresponding paper node sets are V 1 and V 2 ;

[0079] Step S2, respectively for V 1 and V 2 The nodes in the feature representation, such as figure 2 shown;

[0080] Step S3, using locality-sensitive hash pair V 1 and V 2 The nodes in are aligned;

[0081] Step S4, for network G 1 nodes in Find its candidate anchor node set P 1 ;

[0082] Step S5, for network G 2 nodes in Find its candidate anchor node set P 2 ;

[0083] Step S6. Calculation belongs to P 1 with P 2 The similarity between the node p...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for predicting the anchor link relationship between DBLP and arXiv literature networks. First, in the DBLP and arXiv preprint network, the method based on structural features and fusion of attribute features is used to characterize the paper nodes; then a sparse weighted bipartite graph of anchor nodes is constructed by local sensitive hashing, and finally the final predicted anchor is obtained by pruning redundant links A collection of links. The method proposed by the invention can align the DBLP document network with the arXiv preprint network, integrate information from different document networks, obtain more comprehensive information on network nodes, and obtain more complete prediction results in the relationship prediction of the document network.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of information retrieval, in particular to a method for predicting anchor link relationships between DBLP and arXiv document networks. Background technique [0002] With the popularity of preprint networks in various disciplines, various needs of users have been born when using them. For example, recommend a suitable conference or journal for a preprint that has not yet been officially published; find a suitable reviewer for a preprint that is pending review; find other latest preprints that may be of interest to scholars, etc. The recommendation problem in literature networks is essentially a relation prediction problem in network science research. [0003] Due to the incomplete information of a single literature network like arXiv, the relationship prediction results within a single literature network have great limitations. For example, when recommending citations for authors in the field of data mining in arXiv,...
