Abstract

The invention provides a scheduling method for a complete set of orders with switching time. The scheduling method comprises the following steps: a) establishing a mathematical model of a complete setof order scheduling problem; b) calculating by utilizing an artificial bee colony algorithm with a neighborhood structure according to the established mathematical model: setting a population size, aneighborhood search algebra and an upper limit of an unimproved algebra; initializing a population according to the coding scheme; adopting a semi-active decoding mode to obtain an individual fitnessvalue; searching and occupying a high-quality honey source, and sharing honey source information with the following bees; selecting an employed bee and collecting honey by following the employed bee;judging the number of individual improvements of the employed bees; when an individual better than the current employed bee appears in the filial generation, replacing the current employed bee individual; and if the termination condition is not met, continuing to optimize. Compared with the prior art, the scheduling method has the advantages that enterprises or factories can formulate reasonableproduction strategies under the conditions of given resources and constraints, the scheduling efficiency is improved, and the operation cost of the enterprises is reduced.
