Embodiment

[0025] The raw materials used in this embodiment are as follows:

[0026] 1) Concrete grade: C40

[0027] 2) Cement: P·O 52.5 (same manufacturer, same batch)

[0028] 3) Mineral admixture: Class II fly ash

[0029] 4) Medium-coarse sand—fineness modulus above 2.5, mud content ≤2%

[0030] 5) Coarse aggregate: high strength, less needle-shaped, continuous grading 5-25mm, dried after washing to ensure low mud content and low moisture content;

[0031] 6) Admixture: Polycarboxylate water reducing agent (water reducing rate 30%), the admixture must be compatible with the cement type, ensure the workability of concrete, environmental protection, and must not have harmful gases;

[0032] 7) The formwork is a self-made detachable wooden formwork of 500×500×100mm, and the photo taken is the lower surface of the concrete specimen in contact with the bottom plate.

[0033] The content of water reducing agent affects the size and quantity of air pores on the surface of the prepared...

Abstract

The invention discloses a quantitative evaluation method for the apparent mass of fair-faced concrete, which is used for testing a surface pore area ratio of the fair-faced concrete and evaluating theapparent mass of the fair-faced concrete according to the surface pore area ratio, and the quantitative evaluation standard is as follows: the surface pore area ratio is less than or equal to 0.35%;wherein the product is qualified if the content is 0.35%-0.55%; and if not less than 0.55%, the condition is unqualified. The method for testing the surface pore area ratio comprises the following steps: collecting an image of on-site fair-faced concrete by using an unmanned aerial vehicle and processing the fair-faced concrete image ; marking the concrete structure and the pore size; performing gray scale binarization processing on the marked image, and distinguishing pores and concrete on the surface of the image through gray scale difference; measuring and counting the size and quantity ofpores on the surface of the fair-faced concrete through computer software, and calculating the surface pore area ratio of the fair-faced concrete. The apparent mass of the bare concrete is quantitatively evaluated by taking the surface pore area ratio as an evaluation parameter for the first time. The method has the advantages of quantification and high accuracy, and convenience is brought to field engineering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a quantitative evaluation method for the apparent quality of fair-faced concrete, which belongs to the field of civil engineering. Background technique [0002] Fair-faced concrete (Fair-Faced Concrete) is a concrete that directly uses the natural texture of concrete as a finishing effect. It belongs to one-time pouring and does not need any appearance decoration, because it has a very decorative effect, it is also called decorative concrete. Because it directly uses the natural surface of cast-in-place concrete as a decorative effect, it is different from ordinary concrete. Therefore, it is necessary to require its surface to be flat and smooth, with no obvious color difference in surface color, clear edges and corners, no damage and pollution, and only need to apply one or two layers of transparent protective agent on the surface to look natural, natural and solemn, restrained and peaceful. [0003] The most intuitive appea...
